Refunds for online sales
Light House Cinema realise that circumstances can change, so we have a refund policy that we believe is fair for both you and us. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Refunds for paid ticket sales
More than 24 hours notice before your film screens - If you give us more than 24 hours notice that you can't make the film, we will transfer your tickets to another screening or to Light House Cinema vouchers of equivalent value. A cash refund may be possible in some circumstances.
Less than 24 hours before your film screens - If you let us know that you can't make a film, we will transfer your tickets to another screening or to Light House Cinema vouchers of equivalent value.
After your film screens – No refund or transfer will be offered. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us.
If you wish to change the Light House location of your booking – Please give us a call before the start time of the film and we can transfer your booking, or arrange for Light House Cinema Vouchers of equivalent value to be collected from the Light House Cinema that is most convenient for you.
