Refund Policy


Refunds for online sales

Light House Cinema realise that circumstances can change, so we have a refund policy that we believe is fair for both you and us. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Refunds for paid ticket sales

More than 24 hours notice before your film screens - If you give us more than 24 hours notice that you can't make the film we will transfer your tickets for another screening or another film that screens within three months of the ticket purchase date.

Less than 24 hours notice before your film screens - If you let us know that you can't make a film we will try to resell your tickets. If we are able to sell your tickets to another customer we will transfer your tickets for another screening or another film that screens within three months of the ticket purchase date. If we are unable to sell your tickets then no refund or transfer will be offered.
